HONOURS BACHELOR OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (INFORMATION COMMUNICATION TECHNOLOGY)

This is a 4 year undergraduate degree program that focuses on producing business leaders prepared for the future of information communication technology in highly innovative business environments. Graduates of the Honours BBA (ICT) will possess a unique skill set giving them a competitive advantage in the job market.

Employment opportunities may be found in many organizations including IT departments within businesses, government, hospitals, manufacturing, educational institutions and financial institutions. Starting positions may include roles such as systems analyst, business analyst, business architect, project team leader or project manager. Graduates will have the foundational knowledge to lead a small business startup.

School of engineering technologies

Science. Technology. Engineering. Math. These are critical areas of study in the School of Engineering Technologies. Technologists focus on the applied aspects of science and engineering principles to help solve or prevent technical problems. Engineering technologists are typically found in aerospace, construction, energy, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, power generation and transportation sectors.

St. Clair College  is proud to be the first postsecondary institution in Canada to fully recognize and embrace esports with varsity teams and campus events. Similar to traditional athletics, our players earn scholarships to compete in video gaming leagues against colleges and universities all around North America. We have state of the art training facilities on campus and a dedicated staff of coaches that help our players perform at the highest possible level. Throughout the year, our teams travel to live events throughout Ontario, Michigan and Quebec to compete against the best. 

An indoor facility is converted into a makeshift hospital, with numerous small, enclosed patient areas lined up in rows. Each area contains a bed and medical equipment. Large green floors and overhead pipes are visible, with a sign displaying "SCC" on the wall—a striking setting for tech leaders to assist in crisis management.

Telus

5G Technology

St. Clair College’s department of Applied Research and Development has been working with Telus to equip the Ford Centre for Excellence in Manufacturing with the hardware that will eventually support a 5G network when it becomes available in Canada. St. Clair College is just the second Canadian post-secondary institution to have 5G-ready technology.

WE-SPARK

Health Institute

St. Clair College joined three other institutions to form a newly-branded entity, called WE-SPARK Health Institute. The institute will help establish research pipelines that address regional health issues, advance innovation and technology and drive outcomes that support healthier communities.

Windsor Regional Hospital and Chatham-Kent Health Alliance

Windsor Regional Hospital and Chatham-Kent Health Alliance signed separate agreements to transform the school’s SportsPlex in Windsor and HealthPlex in Chatham into field hospitals for the duration of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Amico Infrastructures
 

 

Amico Infrastructures donated a Global Positioning System worth $34,000 to St. Clair College’s School of Engineering Technologies for use by students in three Engineering Technology programs, giving them what one company director described as a “direct advantage over students from other Colleges in Ontario.”
